First mix a scoop of greek yogurt with vanilla extract, scoop into the popsicle mold. Next in a blender, add 1 frozen banana with a splash of water, pulse. (I prefer to leave the banana chunky rather then extra smooth) Pour the banana mixture over the greek yogurt & freeze overnight.

Once you take your popsicle out of the mold, roll the top in crushed almonds. Enjoy!
