key lime cheesecake protein balls

2 eggs
2 cups of greek yogurt
1/2 lime juice
2 TBS lemon juice
chopped almonds, shredded coconuts or crushed graham crackers

mix all the ingredients in a bowl until smooth. preheat oven on 300 degrees, pour mixture into a 8×8 sprayed pan.bake for 45 minutes, let cool then cover and refrigerate overnight. when the mixture is set, scoop & roll into balls. coat with chopped almonds, shredded coconut or crushed graham crackers. enjoy
