For the noodles:
spiralize 2 zucchinis & boil until soft, drain. add a handful of spinach to your bowl then top with zucchini, mix until spinach is wilted.
For the sauce:
blend 1 avocado, 1 cup of spinach, 1/4 cup basil, 2 tbs olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt, peppers & 1/2 lime. *if the sauce is too thick, use some of the water you cooked the zucchini in to think it out* top with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
