2 rice papers
½ of a cucumber (cut in half then cut into strips)
Fill a plate with warm paper, one at a time place the rice paper into the water until soft. Transfer to another plate then add cucumber, carrots, bean sprouts & lettuce. Carefully fold the sides in & then roll into a wrap. Using a sharp knife cut the spring roll in half and enjoy. I made a dipping sauce out of peanut butter, soy sauce & sriracha.
