buffalo artichoke hearts


1 can artichoke hearts
1 egg
1/3 cup flour
1/2 buffalo sauce
1 tsp olive oil
celery & blue cheese (optional)


Rinse the artichokes and let them dry on a paper towel.

While they’re drying, crack your egg in a bowl and whisk it up.

Dip artichoke hearts in egg mix then flour mix.

Bake at 350 for 15 mins

While the artichoke hearts are baking mix buffalo sauce with oil.

When the artichokes are done dip them in the buffalo mix then bake for another 6 minutes.

Serve with celery & blue cheese. Enjoy
