chocolate covered banana popsicle

Ingredients

1 banana
splash of almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 TBS & 2 tsp coconut oil
2 TBS & 2 tsp dark chocolate coco powder
2 TBS & 2 tsp agave
crushed nuts

In a blender combine banana with almond milk & vanilla extract. Blend & then place in a popsicle mold & freeze overnight. To make the chocolate sauce, combine the coconut oil, coco powder & agave, stir and pour over the popsicle. *Make sure you do this as soon as possible because the sauce hardens very fast* Also, if you are topping the chocolate with nuts, do that right away as well. Enjoy.
