vegan brownies

Ingredients:

3 TBS cocoa powder
3 TBS coconut oil
3 TBS maple syrup
any type of nut butter

Mix the cocoa powder, coconut oil and maple syrup together. Scoop the mixture into the bottom of a cupcake liner. Add one scoop of peanut butter then top with the remaining chocolate mixture. Cover and freeze for 20 minutes. Enjoy
