veggie cucumber rolls



1 Cucumber
1 Red bell pepper
1 Orange pepper
Sesame seeds
Gluten free soy sauce


First cut the cucumber in half & carefully cut out the middle of the cucumber (removing all seeds). Next, thinly slice the peppers or whichever vegetables you choose to use. Now, stuff the veggies into the hallowed out cucumber & slice into sushi size circles. Top with sesame seeds & serve with soy sauce. Enjoy!
