1 cup oats
2/3 cup egg whites
1/2 cup water
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp basil
1 tbsp flour
Toppings– Pizza sauce, cheese, pepperoni (optional)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine egg whites, oats, water, garlic, salt, basil & flour in a mixing bowl. Place mixture into a blender & blend until smooth.
Spray cooking spray in a medium-large skillet. Pour egg white mixture and equally spread through pan. Allow to cook about 4 minutes then flip over and cook another 3 minutes.
Lightly spray a round baking sheet with cooking spray and slide crust from skillet to the pan. Add the pizza sauce and toppings. I used sauce, mozzarella cheese & turkey pepperoni.
Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove from oven top with basil (optional) & cut like a normal pizza. Enjoy!
