4oz. chicken, sliced
4 oz. ground sausage
1 tbsp. soppresatta, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. parsley
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/4 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
3 oz. red wine
8 oz. heavy cream
12 oz. cooked g/f pasta
big handful of parmesan cheese
In a large skillet, add butter, parsley and red pepper flakes.
When butter melts, add chicken, sausage & soppresatta. Saute until sausage is browned & chicken is fully cooked.
Add roasted red peppers & garlic. Season with salt & garlic powder.
Deglaze with red wine, reduce slightly & add the cream.
Add the cooked pasta and finish with the parmesan cheese.
Toss until it coats the pasta.
